Returns & Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges. Items that are defective will be replaced. Please contact me before returning items.

Shipping Policies

Orders will be processed and shipped in approximately 7-10 business days after payment is received. This does not include delivery time. I usually ship on Fridays. If you need to rush an order, I can try and accommodate you, just send me a message. Additional shipping costs will be applied to items shipped outside the Continental U.S.A.. Shipping is through USPS priority mail, which usually arrives within 1-5 business days. International shipping may take to up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. We are not responsible for customs fees for international orders. Customs fees may be charged by certain countries and will need to be paid by the customer.
